The section below illustrates the process we follow in these various circumstances. This is meant as a guide and a tool to help you plan your interactions with us.

THE FORMULA FOR YOUR SITUATION

The above process describes how you will be taken care of by our team of qualified professionals. This process may vary depending on your preferences or whether you work with a selection consultant or not.

After an initial introductory meeting, we will discuss your requirements and typically follow that with a demonstration. If you are statifised that our solution fits your needs, we will work on a proposal including services and licensing. This proposal stands as your Statement of Work.

Should customizations or systems integrations be required, you have the option to reduce your risk by mandating us to perform a fit-gap analysis. This would activate our « Well Estimated or Well Discounted » guarantee.

If you accept the revised proposal, we launch your project after a bit of paperwork gets done. The deployment will last weeks to months, depending on the scope, and will be channeled by our capable team and our deployment methodology.

At the end of your project, our Customer Care department will take over and provide continuous support.

The above process describes how you will be taken care of by our team of qualified professionals in case of a Partner Change. A Partner Change is an administrative process by which Vokeso becomes your appointed partner responsible for provisionning licenses, supporting you and helping you in your relationship with Microsoft if applicable.
After an initial introductory meeting, we will discuss your requirements and typically follow that with a proposal.

Subsequently, we will execute a Service Agreement and perform the Partner Change process with Microsoft.

We’ll then make sure we can access your environment and perhaps transfer it to our care if you were hosted by your previous vendor.

If your environment is complex, for example if Business Central has been heavily customized, it may be appropriate for us to spend time analyzing your system to improve our service to you.

Finally, our Customer Care department will take over and provide continuous support. If you have project you wish to execute with us, we will immediatly follow the next process for new projects with existing customers.

If we already have the privilege of serving you and a new project is in the works, such as deploying a new module or interfacing with an external system, we will invest some time to scope out this projet with you. We may perform a demo or write a formal proposal if deemed appropriate.

Once again, if this project proves challenging, you have the option of reducing your risk by mandating us to perform a fit-gap analysis. This would activate our « Well Estimated or Well Discounted » guarantee.
We may add an appendix to your existing Service Agreement, especially for a large or complex project.

The actual deployment follows and you will be in the care of our delivery department.

Once your project is delivered, our Customer Care department will add coverage to their existing relationship with you.
