La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de <\/span>Business Central<\/b><\/span> n’est pas enti\u00e8rement g\u00e9r\u00e9e par Business Central. BC b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de son propre syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9\u00a0: <\/span>Entra<\/b><\/span>. Souvent appel\u00e9 Azure AD, Entra effectue de nombreuses t\u00e2ches en arri\u00e8re-plan, totalement invisibles pour l’utilisateur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Single Sign-On<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Un utilisateur acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 Business Central peut penser \u00ab Je me connecte \u00e0 Business Central \u00bb, alors qu’en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, c’est Entra qui lui permet d’acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la plateforme. Le processus d’authentification est enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 Entra. Apr\u00e8s validation de la requ\u00eate utilisateur, Entra renvoie un jeton d’acc\u00e8s autorisant Business Central \u00e0 lui accorder l’acc\u00e8s. L’utilisateur devrait plut\u00f4t penser : \u00ab Je me connecte \u00e0 Entra et j’obtiens un passeport num\u00e9rique pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 Business Central \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n

C’est ainsi que l’authentification unique (SSO) est possible pour toutes les solutions du cloud Microsoft. En quoi est-ce plus s\u00fbr ?<\/span><\/p>\n

Premi\u00e8rement, Business Central ne stocke aucun mot de passe. Deuxi\u00e8mement, les politiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont centralis\u00e9es, ce qui r\u00e9duit les risques de violation de donn\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n

MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Les donn\u00e9es sont prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par des ensembles d’autorisations dans Business Central. Ces ensembles d\u00e9finissent les modalit\u00e9s d’acc\u00e8s aux objets, c’est-\u00e0-dire ce que l’utilisateur peut consulter ou modifier. En arri\u00e8re-plan, Entra g\u00e8re les acc\u00e8s via :<\/span><\/p>\n

    Sessions et jetons<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    Lors de la connexion et tel que mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, Business Central re\u00e7oit un jeton d’acc\u00e8s valable quelques minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Une fois connect\u00e9, l’utilisateur re\u00e7oit un jeton d’actualisation valable quelques heures. Entra ID renouvelle automatiquement ces jetons jusqu’\u00e0 leur expiration et la fermeture de la session.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Ce syst\u00e8me garantit une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 continue, une d\u00e9connexion automatique en cas de compromission du compte et une gestion centralis\u00e9e des sessions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Sans ce dispositif, une personne mal intentionn\u00e9e pourrait acc\u00e9der \u00e0 Business Central simplement en s’installant au bureau de l’utilisateur pendant son heure de lunch.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Entra ID s\u00e9curise les API<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

    Lorsqu’une application externe, comme Power Automate ou un site web, appelle Business Central, celle-ci doit d’abord obtenir un jeton, incluant les autorisations n\u00e9cessaires, aupr\u00e8s d’Entra ID avant l’ex\u00e9cution de la requ\u00eate.<\/span><\/p>\n
