La gestion du changement<\/h2>\n

<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]J’ai \u00e9crit un court article sur la gestion du changement en avril 2023. Il s’agissait du quatri\u00e8me article d’une s\u00e9rie consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la gestion des risques li\u00e9s aux implantations de progiciels int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de gestion, et j’y soulignais l’importance d’appr\u00e9hender le changement du point de vue humain. Vos employ\u00e9s contribuent de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite de l’implantation et, surtout, \u00e0 son succ\u00e8s op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p>\n

Cette fois-ci, je souhaite insister sur l’importance de tirer parti des connaissances et de l’expertise des sp\u00e9cialistes en gestion du changement. Certains s’y consacrent quotidiennement. C’est fou, je sais\u00a0; mais cela ajoute de la valeur.<\/p>\n

La gestion du changement devrait d\u00e9buter d\u00e8s la d\u00e9cision de choisir un syst\u00e8me ERP. Or, bien souvent, ce n’est pas le cas. Lorsqu’elle est envisag\u00e9e, la gestion du changement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement abord\u00e9e au moment du lancement du projet. Mieux vaut tard que jamais vous me direz.<\/p>\n

L’autre probl\u00e8me auquel nous sommes confront\u00e9s est que la gestion du changement est souvent sous-estim\u00e9e, tant en termes d’importance que de complexit\u00e9. Elle exige donc un effort consid\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n

Pour ces raisons, nous recommandons d’int\u00e9grer un expert en gestion du changement \u00e0 votre \u00e9quipe de projet d\u00e8s que possible.<\/p>\n
