Tirer parti de notre m\u00e9thodologie<\/h2>\n

<\/span><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]La mise en \u0153uvre d’un syst\u00e8me ERP est une t\u00e2che complexe et difficile, comme en t\u00e9moignent de nombreux individus ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 v\u00e9cu cette exp\u00e9rience. Selon Gartner, entre 55 % et 75 % des projets ERP \u00e9chouent ou n’atteignent pas leurs objectifs. C’est \u00e9norme !<\/p>\n

Les raisons de cette triste situation peuvent \u00eatre multiples. Ayant personnellement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses impl\u00e9mentations, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9ussies, j’aimerais aborder un aspect particulier \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger : la m\u00e9thodologie.<\/p>\n

Trop souvent, les parties prenantes ne consacrent pas suffisamment de ressources \u00e0 la documentation. \u00ab On s’en occupera plus tard \u00bb, disent-elles. Cela n’arrive pratiquement jamais. La documentation est pourtant essentielle \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d’un projet.<\/p>\n

Tout comme un plan de projet n’est qu’un livrable m\u00e9thodologique parmi d’autres, la documentation ne se limite pas aux guides d’utilisation.<\/p>\n

Une bonne m\u00e9thodologie, comme Sure Step de Microsoft ou notre propre VokMTD, comprend une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9tapes et documents et qui soutiennent l’ex\u00e9cution du projet, garantissent la qualit\u00e9, cristallisent les connaissances et permettent au client de devenir autonome.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, notre m\u00e9thodologie comporte les \u00e9tapes suivantes: diagnostique, planification, analyse, design, d\u00e9veloppement, d\u00e9ploiement et op\u00e9ration. Chacune de ses phases comporte une liste de livrables qui favorisent la bonne conduite du projet.<\/p>\n

L’essentiel pour tirer parti d’une bonne m\u00e9thodologie est d’appliquer le dosage adapt\u00e9 au contexte. Trop de documents peuvent freiner la dynamique d’un projet\u00a0; pas assez et vous travaillez \u00e0 l’aveuglette.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s tout, personne n’oserait construire une maison sans plan, et pourtant nous sommes pr\u00eats \u00e0 investir des ressources consid\u00e9rables pour mettre en \u0153uvre un syst\u00e8me ERP sans exigences document\u00e9es, sp\u00e9cifications fonctionnelles, scripts de test ou guides d’utilisation, pour n’en citer que quelques-uns.<\/p>\n
