Nous sommes naturellement r\u00e9sistants au changement et cette contestation augmente significativement lorsque le changement nous est impos\u00e9, ou du moins per\u00e7u comme impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Le vrai risque n\u2019est pas les gens, mais plut\u00f4t comment nous g\u00e9rons le changement. Induire une motivation intrins\u00e8que au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet permet de pr\u00e9server l\u2019engagement et l\u2019alignement de tous et chacun. R\u00e9assurer les employ\u00e9s et les pr\u00e9parer pour ce qui vient facilitera la transition de votre vieux syst\u00e8me vers votre nouvelle solution.<\/p>\n

La gestion de changement repose fortement sur la communication. George Bernard Shaw a dit: \u201cLe probl\u00e8me le plus singulier et significatif en communication est l\u2019illusion qu\u2019elle a eu lieu.\u201d Une communication bidirectionnelle et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re entre l\u2019\u00e9quipe de projet et le reste de l\u2019entreprise devrait constituer la pierre angulaire de votre strat\u00e9gie de gestion de changement.<\/p>\n
