D\u00e9ployer un progiciel de gestion est une aventure risqu\u00e9e pour diverses raisons. Les gestionnaires et chefs de projets deviennent souvent des funambules de l\u2019informatique. Un des facteurs de risque en implantation provient de l\u2019adaptation de la solution, ce qui inclus l\u2019int\u00e9gration avec des syst\u00e8mes externes. Possible qu\u2019une solution m\u00e9tier soit absolument n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019une partie importante de votre entreprise. Votre progiciel de gestion des ventes (CRM) doit assur\u00e9ment communiquer avec votre logiciel ERP. Il se peut aussi que votre entreprise poss\u00e8de des requis fonctionnels uniques qui lui permettent de se diff\u00e9rencier de la comp\u00e9tition. Ce travail technique additionnel ajoute de la complexit\u00e9 and peu impacter votre \u00e9ch\u00e9ancier et votre budget.<\/p>\n

Il faut s\u2019assurer que les adaptations qui sont incluses soit in\u00e9vitables et n\u00e9cessaires. Il doit y avoir un retour sur investissement positif et significatif li\u00e9 \u00e0 toute adaptation ou interface qui est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e car il peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer tr\u00e8s difficile d\u2019estimer l\u2019effort requis pour la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un tel travail. Plus grosse est la modification, plus de surprises seront attendues. C\u2019est la nature de la b\u00eate. Comme r\u00e9nover votre vieille maison plut\u00f4t que de construire une maison-mod\u00e8le \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition selon les m\u00eames sp\u00e9cifications.<\/p>\n

Trop souvent, des modifications sont introduites pour ajouter du confort, voir m\u00eame reproduire le fonctionnement de l\u2019ancienne solution. Apprendre \u00e0 utiliser le syst\u00e8me tel quel, accepter le fait que la vie ne sera plus la m\u00eame et \u00e9viter des adaptations superflues sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s pour assurer le succ\u00e8s de votre projet. De nos jours, les progiciels de gestion sont matures et s\u2019appuient sur les meilleurs pratiques de l\u2019industrie. C\u2019est une bonne id\u00e9e d\u2019adapter autant que possible les affaires au syst\u00e8me plut\u00f4t que le syst\u00e8me aux affaires.<\/p>\n
